Somalia Ordered UN Especial Envoy Nockolas Haysom to leave

Mogadishu- Somali government has ordered the top United Nations top envoy in the country to leave, accusing him of interfering with national sovereignty.
The foreign affairs ministry said on Tuesday that Nicholas Haysom, the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Somalia, "is not required and cannot work in this country", referring him as 'persona non grata'.
Haysom, UN's Especial Envoy for Somalia, who was accused for local issues interference by the SFG in Mogadishu sent a letter on December 30 to the Ministry of Internal security, regarding "the alleged involvement of UN-supported Somali security forces in the arrest of Mukhtar Robow on 13 December, the deaths of 15 civilians...on 13, 14, and 15 December...and the arrest of approximately 300 people involved in the demonstrations from 13-15 December last year.
Somalia's foreign minster Ahmed Isse Awad told to the BBC Somalia "Mr Haysom has violated diplomatic rules, and acted as though he is the head or the ruler of Somalia. He is a shame to the conduct of the UN and has violated the sovereignty and independence of Somalia,".
However, that is known that UN and partners provide training, and give salaries to some of the Somalia's uniformed forces both in the peripheries and, at the center, in efforts to battles  Islamist militants. like group al-Shabab & ISIS.
